Seems like a lot of faff. Fill in a form, send your ticket (which you don't get back for your collection), and then receive a cheque (I mean who goes into banks nowadays anyway?).

Don't think I'll bother. Would have been easier if they'd have done it through the clubs, i.e. We pay £20 for the ticket and the club charge Virgin/FSF £10. Although I assume they count on the fact that they don't get 100% participation.
