Apparently it was Hewitts that supplied the Wembley pitch so Maybe he needs a little more credit.

I know a couple of the groundsmen at City as they drink at the pub I used to work at. They're proper good lads.

They don't know know Pearson's gonna sign though - funny that, cos on football-rumours.com all the groundsmen seem to know exactly who will and won't sign for every club...
