my neighbour called and asked me if his daughter could come around to trick or treat.

i had to tell him that we had no sweets to hand out, as we dont answer the door to kids on halloween.

he sneaked out with a couple of cakes for me to hand to her.

when she came round, and i gave her the cakes she said 'mum bought some cakes like that yesterday'.:icon_lol:

Because we've had fireworks for the last week and a half - so I have to take the dog out much earlier or later than he normally goes.
