I think that the statement that was made by MM's 'Source' which said there were legal and financial issues that may have come to light in the DD process does the club no favours at all. If true, yes we are in the mire. If not true, comments like that in the press are damaging and will certainly harm the ability to bring money into the club as it will make investors (Buying the club or shares in general) hesitant, leading to a slow down in the whole process - should the MM bid be unsuccessful of course...
