One greek island i've never been to. I have been to Crete and Rhodes, and they were both ok. Rhodes in particular was very nice.

Have you googled the hotel your looking at, and viewed any reports on trip advisor or holiday watchdog? I often look at these to a) look at what people are saying etc and b) some people put their pictures on, and you get a proper look at the hotel / area rather than a cleverly taken brochure picture.

Thought Halkidiki was mainland Greece?

The m-i-l has been a couple of times. All I can remember her going on about was a monastry and a load of monks - sounds a right hoot! :icon_roll :icon_lol:

yea it is mainland greece, supposed to be really nice.



i have looked at all of those things notts, all look very good.
