Don't give me that confused look, you know very well what I was saying. :018:

You don't need to justify yourself to him. He's a blatant smilophobic. He'll make all forum members that use smilies have a star as their avatar next and have our threads moved to a concentration forum by Herr Jeff and his goosestepping cronies.

My advice is stay away from the showers. I've stayed away from showers for years and i've never ended up in a crematorium....graveyards is a different matter altogether. :icon_conf

Back to the topic. If we don't improve, yes he'll be sacked. If the performances get better, even though our league position doesn't improve all that much, i think MM and the BMs will give him time, possibly till the end of the season. I would guess that a poor start to the next season and he'll be for the chop. That seems to be the way it usually goes.

I hope Holloway does well, he obviously knows his football to do so well at QPR and Plymouth. And i'm glad he had a word with the players before christmas and told them what for.

If we don't get a few more wins under the belt, I am getting an uneasy feeling that the roller coaster will start moving on without him in the front seat. Not that I want to see that, I think he is a good manager, and we need to stick with him.
