I've had an interesting tip from a source for a horse running friday evening called

The Good Guy.

I don't know what time it's running just yet, and I think it's at Aintree. Keep your eye out for it anyway.

I am not a big gambler but when I am bored (like this afternoon) I can often spend a hour or two in the bookies. The stake is never more than a fiver but I was celebrating at Torres opener today. Walked back home after collection to win to find Zlatan messed up my bet.

No, I've only bet on the Grand National,FA Cup Final and Euro 2008 in the last year.Won on the first two, just hope Romania pull of a shock Euro win Yep I was there, forgot that.
