Very grateful to whoever handed my daughter's bus pass in to St Margaret's. That's saved her (well me) a £50 replacement fee.

Mind you I'm irritated that when I rang the other day the grumpy person at Arriva didn't suggest trying there and only tried the depot, whereas the cheerful one I spoke to today did it automatically. Also since they have all our details on record why didn't they contact us to say they'd got it?
