First game yesterday since my calf injury. Thanks to our loyal squad we had the bare 11 and i was forced to play a full 90minutes.
Today i feel like my joints are made of wood. My ribs ache and going from sitting to standing is a punishment.
Its going to be a long journey back to fitnessville. woo woo!

I'm thinking more of the little uns that my friends seem to go through really quickly in their tank, seems like they go at least once every couple of years for new fishes cos some have carked it.

Right at this moment I feel totally and utterly gutted after being told summat, selfish reasons want things to go one way, but for the right reasons am hoping everything works out and it's onwards and upwards for them.

I'm ok. It's not about me and it's not about anyone's health. So nothing bad:icon_razz But it's a life-changing thing. So it's gonna take a while to get used to the idea-if it comes to plan. It's for all the right reasons though. Doesn't mena I have to be happy about it just now!
