Just read these HTC phones wont work properly with the bluetooth in my car. Disappointing. Any advce Beights?

No idea then, you might be able to flash it with a new radio firmware

Though that was with a Hero, you shouldn't need to faff about with the gold card. It's all software based, so no fiddly re-wiring needed. Once I'd got past the gold card bit it was a piece of piss.

It's definitely a huge improvement. I've rolled back to Eclair for now as the ported ROM for the Hero has a problem with the camera at the moment, and I use mine a fair amount. That and the lack of full Flash support are the only problems with it so when they're sorted I'm back on it.

I've had Froyo on my Desire for almost a month, it has lots more functions as you say but I'm convinced that the battery life has suffered, I previously got 2 days from a charge and it now seems more like 1.5

I may be wrong about the reduction, currently showing 27h uptime and still at 50% charge. It could just be the fact I have used more functions since the upgrade

yeah froyo is meant to improve battery performance. Not speaking from experience though as i'm still waiting for mine from Vodafone!
