Seems dependant on him negotiating his exit from us, possible termination of contract by mutual consent , so would suggest Hearts are not prepared to pay a fee.

Also as so many others signed in the Levein / Kelly era, gifted and talented players had their ability coached out of them and their effectiveness stifled with negative tactics.
