Hughes Wesolwski Johnson

Low Fryatt Hume

Logan, Sylla, O'Grady, McCauley, Stearman

It's time for a change... I saw Aston Villa play this formation against West Ham on Sunday and it worked great. When we lose the ball Low and Hume drop back to solidify midfield and when we're on the attack we have three up front.
We have absolutely no excuse tomorrow. I'm sick and tired of people accepting defeat to 'Premiership' West Brom. Newsflash - West Brom are not a Premiership team, that's why they got relegated. We must beat Hull. I don't want to lose and hear people saying how good Hull were and how we did well to stay with them for so long. Be bold RK and go for it. Let's play three up-front, let's create chances, let's score goals. What the hell do we have to lose by putting three up-front - absolutely nothing. Hull have a crap record so far this season and anything other than a win, however well or bad we play, will be not be sufficient.

Hes the best passer at the club for starters, along with being the best set peice taker as well....

1. I don't recall him ever making a pass of over 10 yards
2. Has he ever scored form a freekick?? I very much doubt it. And Leicester don't score from corneres much anymore either

Hendo

Stearman

Paddy K
Paddy Mc (cpt)

Maybury
Hughes
AJ
Weso

Hume
Fryatt

Subs: Rabs Kenton Low O'Grady Elvis

Apart from Joey (whos left) and Williams (who's injured) that was the similar side which worked so well under RK last season so why change a team that was doing so well?

yep he does switch play which i've seen a few times in a match, and yes he scores free kicks or in actual fact he comes close e.g. cross bar vs Luton im sure he has scored a few free kicks last season.

You know, half the time i feel as though i'm watching a different player to everyone else :icon_sad: :icon_sad:

He scored two goals last season, at Bolton and Norwich. Neither was a free kick.

Exacly!! Proof!! And switching the play 3 or 4 times a match WTF??

next time you see him play you'll see his ability to pass

I'll take your word for it, because my eyes certintly don't agree

next time you see him play you'll see his ability to pass wheter it would be 10 yards or 50 yards id say he is our best passer of the ball
He is our best passer, that doesn't mean Mikey will see it next time he plays, he can go for weeks without producing anything

Williams has quality, but seemingly no passion or drive.
He could be our best midfielder, but likes the idea of being the player who plays defence splitting through balls (which rarely work because he is too lazy) and the player who scores a couple of spectacular goals every season, as opposed to the Muzzy Izzet style player he had/has the potential to be something like.

At the moment, I would pick Wesolowski over Williams if they were both fit.

True Melton he is very inconsistent but he can pass the ball over 10 yards

That's not really saying much though. If you kick the ball anywhere, eventually on one kick it will go to one of your players. It's just the law of averages

i dont think so even i could pass a ball over 10 yards atleast 5 times out of 10

Yeah, but your not payed thousands of pounds a week to do just that
