Johnson expects tough Tigers test
Leicester midfielder Andy Johnson says his side will take nothing for granted when they face the Championship's bottom side Hull City on Tuesday.
The Foxes lost 2-0 to West Brom on Saturday and Johnson told BBC Sport: "We matched the red hot favourites in this division in most departments.
"But there is no way we can go it and think it is only Hull in our next game and that we will easily beat them.
"We cannot afford to approach this game any differently to our last one."
Despite Leicester's defeat at The Hawthorns, Johnson was encouraged by his side's display against the club he left in the summer.
There is no doubt we have got a very good squad here - it is young but with the experience we gain from playing games we can do very, very well
City held the Baggies for 83 minutes before losing out to Darren Kenton's own goal and a Kevin Phillips penalty.
"We were toe to toe with them," Johnson added. "Neither side played particularly attractive football but that is the way it goes.
"A lot of games in this division are battles and you have to win the battles and then play the football.
"It was like two heavyweights out there - swinging at each other and taking it on the chin. They got a lucky punch in and that was the difference.
"Hull will put 11 men out there who will fancy it at our place because it is a beautiful stadium and a nice pitch.
"We will have to match their endeavour, their passion and their enthusiasm. Once you get on top in a game then that is the time you can start to play your football and really go to town.
