Good move - will keep the bench nice and warm for the next three years...

I'd like to see him tried either on the wing or "in the hole" so to speak (IANGWOC)

I'd like to see him alongside a decent strike partner for a change, instead of the complete feckwits he has been playing with

And a midfield that might actually contain at least one player that could pass him the ball

I saw one of those once. But then I'm a lot older than most. :icon_bigg

Agree on both. Allen seems to be a really really nice and honest guy, I really hope his manager skills are as good as his letters.

What he's attemting is to be applauded. He is trying to chat to the fans of the club with an honesty and level-headedness that I think we should all appreciate. We have a no-nonsense man at the helm, which is great I believe. Time will tell though, and when we're losing 2-0 at Palace again....oh god....getting depressed again.....

That's what I was trying to say. Thanks Alex.:)

Plus he's funny, about time we had some smiles around the place.

I dont. 3 'unpopular' players listed he has never seen play to or even train. Then a new 3 year deal for the fans hero. All within a few days of sitting at his desk
more like few hours durham

But obviously well informed (instructed perhaps) by both Mandaric and Worthington

Nothing wrong with that IMO

Wow, are we finding faults or even questioning the motives of a man who has decided to free up three under-performers while tying up our best attacking performer last season?

Why would it not be he who came to this conclusion alongside MM? Fecking obvious.
