Could have been different as Ollie has made no bones about saying what a pile of shite he inheritted from the summer spening spree.

As a bloke, he still seems one a lot of football fans relate to and thats why people weren't too pleased when he left.

Talking seriously for a moment - I know bear with me - Allen's had an excellent win ratio at every club he's been at. His biggest problem was his chemistry with Milan, or lack of it, and for that reason alone the partnership was unworkable. He had to go.
