MM is a results man. Even if LCFC escape relegation, I think he has already concluded that Holloway has not produced the expected results with the resources available which have not been ungenerous and that he is out of his depth. I think Holloway will be replaced in the summer. That is what I would do as well, but not until the season ends.
i would say no because im sure ollie is on great terms with him but to be honest, who really knows whats going on in milan's head? he's already made some pretty strange descisions.
