I'd:

1) Sack Rob Kelly on Monday monday and pay up his contract
2) Start approaching successful managers at other clubs (Redknapp, Davies, Curbs etc) with a view to coming in immediately.
3) Pay up their contract with their existing clubs and get them here ASAP

I would get the new guy in now whilst he can still judge these players on a competitive level. They do seem very apt at appearing to be doing the job on the training ground, and that is all the new manager will have to work with, he won't have any real feel for how they play against a 2 legged opponent.

Things are getting urgent now and I would spend a good deal of money now in the right area to avoid wasting it in the summer on potentially good players that will just transform into idiots as soon as they hit the Walkers Stadium and Rob Kelly's leadership.

I'd be very angry at what I've been witnessing and I'd see my investment being thrown away by somebody who doesn't know what they're doing. I'd act now and I'd act hard

What would you do if you were Milan?

No Manager worthwhile will leave their Club until the Summer,IF he changes things it will be a Manager without a job that comes in...IMO

i agree with what your saying melts but im not sure if even MM would be able to get them 3 managers away from there current clubs

Theres more chance of Rob Kelly becoming Manager of the Season

Sorry, I thought I made it easy to understand.

I actually said: WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

But I can see where you thought I said "Please explain why my idea is bad?" so I will accept the blame

It's going to be a long night if this is the standard of reply

I would certainly do everything in my power to achieve what you wrote melts. it is the best way forward. contrary to what Taggs beleives it would give the new man the chance to see who is shite and who's all right. aclimatise to the championship with leicester and give him a good month to gather his thoughts.

He could work on possible targets and see how they would fit in with the current bunch of wankers.

i dont see how people can say doing it now will have no effect. it will give the guy a month extra, priceless evaluation time if you ask me.

And when people on radio leicester say sacking the manager now will have no effect, they obvioulsy cannot remember that it's saved us last season. however they are more than happy to remember that it saved us when it is from the backing of kelly point of view, and how he worked miracles.

Possibly not, but you need to start somewhere. MM will be able to pursuade somebody of a higher calibre to come here, that's why he's here. Who it is I don't know, the above named where only examples, but that's where I think we need to be looking.

Once them avenues have been exhausted, then maybe it's time to reevaluate the manager search. But for me, the important thing isn't who comes in just yet, it's who goes out

I think I'd approach Mr. Newell. If you were Billy Davies would you leave a club looking odds on for automatic promotion and join one looking odds on for relegation from the same division? We should have taken a gamble when BD was available, although it's easy to say that now when we can see he has made a success of himself at Derby. We are in the shit, thankfully it's not my problem and it's Milan Mandaric that has to deal with it..

So lets play without a manager then...... after today he does no fecking good at all

I'd be asking for my money back.

Failing that;
1. Sack RK.
2. Appoint a caretaker until the end of the season but not any of the current coaching staff, esp Stowell. I would accept Rudkin though. The problem with this is that if the caretaker is successful there is a temptation to keep, him on and that rarely works in the long run.
3. Knowing that I don't have as much money as people think I have I would look for a manager who has shown promise and can get us established even if he is not the man for the long term. Suggestions from English football would be, in no particular order Newell, Boothroyd, Megson.
4. Or I would try to unsettle a manager with promises of money to spend, targets could be Davies, Coleman, Curbishley, Jewell (no more money but the promise of supporters turning up).
5. Or go for the star option and appoint a 'name' manager, the obvious choice being Keegan.

I prefer option 4.

WHATS WITH THIS FECKER KEEGAN......!!!!!!!!!!

He can feck off before hes taken on, fuzzy haired cheating wanker

Id take a sugar puff as manager at the moment.

Milan really has no options but to stick with the silly twaat
till after the Wolves match,my bet is he's already got somebody who is already formulating whats needs to be done before the next Season starts.
A clearout is inevitable, just how many, your guess is as good as mine.depends what the new man sees and whats he deems are worthy of staying, and who he thinks he might be able to improve.

Very little to work with in my opinion as far as the last sentence is concerned, but a professional football manager sees things I dont look at.
But his priority is to mould a team and I do mean 13/14
in a teams squad, but god help the poor bugger he has my sympathies in getting to grips with this job.

I'm not out, but in a few minutes I'm off of here until the early hours of the morning. That way I can read through all the shit without getting involved
