I am confident he can see what needs doing now and in the summer and I think he knows more about football than any of us. He won't panic about relegation until the maths look more worrying. So if I was Milan I would be working out the details of Rob's departure in the summer with as many of the players that I think are not good enough or can be sold on.

why assume that? its going to happen, and as for goal difference, we will lose all the remaining games and the goal difference goes down the shitter too. You dont lose and keep your GD

The form book go's out of the window at this stage of the season. I really wouldn't be suprised if teams at the bottom rolled over some of the promotion chasing teams. The only positive thing i can think of is that games are running out and we got away with it pretty well today. One good result should do it, but don't ask me where we are going to get it from

But even if we lose the rest of our games with a -12 goal difference in the process we're still likely to have a better goal difference than Southend and Leeds.

Wish people would stop looking deep and hard into reasons as to why we wont go down, the fact is we hant won in 6 and dont look likely to in the next 6 so its very possible.

If I was Milan, I'd assess my chances of getting Sanchez, Davies, Redknap, etc in the summer. If I didn't think it was a certainty, I'd then turn to Newell ASAP.

I think that in the exceptional circumstances that MM should make it public that Kelly's job is to avoid relegation and then he goes.

That would be unpleasant for kelly - but it would lift morale.

kelly is a nice bloke, people wont turn on him. personally i wouldn't shed any tears if the whole ground boos the man for 90minutes on friday. next season i am going to wait until august before buying my season ticket, so i can assess whether it will be worth it
