Maybe they didn't do anything earlier because they initially believed MM would be the best option for the club, but now they think they could do a better job.

and thats after a proper business man had submitted a proper business plan. I bet they all looked at each other and said "why didnt we think of that"........

but they will not know everything he envisages to do

wankers the lot of em Boc, and if this is the case they can feck off because they could have done all this earlier, they have had enough time to do it. MM has had the bollux to start this rolling, these other toerags can see their pampering going down the shitter and so now try and make a difference, well in my mind thats too little too late they can all go and feck each other like they have done to the fans already

That might be true of the whole group but perhaps not every individual. Andrew Taylor, for instance, was brought in for a specific purpose - to find investment for the club. It seemed that he had done that but when he became unhappy about the deal being offered, he made it clear by his actions that he couldn't support it. Perhaps he thinks he can do better.

In my estimation there are individuals who have been involved who could have made a better fist of running the club but who have been hampered by the unusual set-up thereof. Perhaps without that handicap they can do the required job at least as well as MM can.

Maybe they didn't do it sooner because, like MM, they would have been expected to give RK some money to play with, whereas now the window's closed they can all come out of the woodwork safe in the knowledge that they don't have to trust him with anything more than the tea money .... just a thought

not in a fecking million years.

If a takeover comes along and it is from existing shareholders I will chuck my season ticket away and never go again. The cnuts could have done this a long while back and we would not have had to suffer this utter shite football that is offered up every week........ wankers the lot of em

100% agree. Why wait till we are on our knees? I bet they don't offer the shareholders too much more than MM either... Or with better guarantees.

We need a new broom at the top to start sweeping away the remnants of the old, and failed regime.

Arrangements in progress for Meeting Thursday night to establish possible new investment.
Some people refuse to wake up and smell the coffee; the saga continues to run.
It could well be the old regime of mediocrity instead of a bright new pro-active future.
Time will tell, I hope i'm wrong.
Will report.

if they put that silly rule in place, why could they not have attempted to change it then? It has not stopped MM from trying to come in...:102:

and I bet these individauls will not have the contacts in football as does MM, and the experience of running a club is at this club only. MM has ran a few clubs and all with success

is this to discuss MM offer or another......:102:

On what evidence? Past history???

AT made very speedy progress on his stated aims. Perhaps he thinks that MM's offer is not the best that can be made available

So, they have pinned their colours to the mast... But is that what their members want? They could always ask the question...

It needs a 75% vote to remove the rule. I'm not sure whether that number of shareholders would have been ready in the past to remove it.

The latter. It would be interesting to know who is meeting on thursday though.

Would be. As long as it isn't someone blowing smoke up someone's arse in a vain attempt to derail the current bid. Which knowing Leicester City means it probably is :icon_roll
