Is there a better band?

I am sat here here catching up on stuff I have missed on here today (been in Nottingham all day at Capital One - they have a Forest themed meeting room ) whilst playing a bit of Footy Manager, bottle of Grolsch and listening to some music on iTunes, namely Rubber Soul by the Beatles. I started to think, has there ever been any better band than the Beatles? Bands come and go and I have my own fads but I always return the the fab four, IMO they are the greatest band ever.

i've never been a big fan of the beatles, i find the rolling stones a lot more varied and interesting. but my number one band as i've mentioned elsewhere a million times is the Stone Roses.

Love em both Rayv but they don't stack up long term for me.

Sorry DF but I can't stand them,just don't like the music.I'm probably in a minority of 1 though,although if I remember rightly MK doesn't like them either.I much preferred The Jam if we are talking bygone music.

Love the Jam too but I don't think you can beat the Beatles.

Personally think the Kinks are great but prob not the best band of all time.

Not heard of anything in the pipeline, don't know though. Loved series 1 and 2. Superb work. You a fan?

There is something a bout that bird in the flat next door in too. Not sure what it is, she ain't overly attractive but I deffo would!

Great news on series 3 - I want series 2 in DVD now - missed a few of them on C4.
