I've recently changed the way the forum sends emails out, because someone said they weren't receiving notifications.

So rather than send them directly from the server they're being sent via an external smtp server. It looks like this message is something to do with that.

Maybe it was just a one off - but if anyone else sees the same message can they let me know and I'll change back to the old email system.

I'm getting the same message about 60% of the time. Also, clicking refresh clears it up if you click to resend information.
