I disagree. I think we could do with some competition for places to see who should be shown the door at the end of the season. For example, I thought it was a fecking disgrace that Hume did not seem bothered that he missed one or two 'open' goals because 'we would have settled for a point against struggling Southend at the start'. That is totally the wrong attitude and if there was another striker that would take his 'automatic' place in the team, it would maybe sharpen his ideas a bit. The same goes for others in the team. I want this team to battle to win every game, not muddle along. The same goes for the manager. What the feck is RK going to do for the rest of the season once we reach 50 points. That is the only target he has set. No 'We are going for 80 but will be happy when we have achieved safety at 50'.
There is not enough ambition being displayed by the manager and a lot of the team. In fact the best attitude/effort/performance at the moment is coming from the senior players.
