My dad was speaking to Bill Anderson earlier as he had to visit the Mercury.
Apparently Bill was speaking to Milan earlier today and it all seems a done deal.
He also said if it didn't happen Administration is very likely.

My respect for Bill Anderson goes down all the time. We might be in the shit for all sorts of reasons but admnistration does not seem imminent. Fecking financially illiterate journalists.

I've never had any respect for him whatever. The man is an imbecile with little or no command of the English language.
Hazzman on drugs writes more coherent English than Bill Anderson, and I mean that with the greatest of respect Hazz.
 
Thats the second time i've heard the A word in two days. One on here and another from elsewhere. Worrying times ahead if this doesn't go through.

I don't think administration is likely in the near to medium term. If the financial situation is that bad at the moment we will be able to sell players to get out of trouble.



I would put Anderson's knowledge of what's going on at the club no higher than anyone who claims to have inside knowledge. But we all know from past experience of this alleged insider knowledge that it's often a load of bollocks.
I suspect most of the people who work at the club haven't got a clue what's really going on, they get their info from internet rumours and chinese whispers, and other people then quote these people as 'insiders', further fuelling the rumours.

I don't think Mandy will be looking to hang around in this league for long. He knows where the money is, and he knows to get there he will have to speculate...

who will be spending that money is an entirely different matter.

I know you dont believe mm will ever be investing £25m in city, and I know I am being thick, but I dont get your point MF
 
Well £6-7 million will go purchasing the shares and balancing the books.

1 million in January on fees, wages, paying RK off and bringing in Dowie. With another 2/3 million in the summer off set by getting shot of the under performers.

Yes. Well, the last published ones, anyway. No sign of any immediate danger (or at least it wouldn't be for any other club). If it got sticky, you'd want some of the covenant lifted: otherwise you might be trying to get money from selling assets, rather than merely borrowing some money against those assets. But assets - even on their book value - still outweighed debts by some margin so administration would seem an odd course. What's your take on them, then?

And do you not think that Anderson has just swallowed everything MM has told him? £25million, FFS. Is that out by a factor of 50, or just by 4?
