I think you miss the point between wanting someone to fail and wanting them to suceed but being furnished with the fact that they probably wont.

I'd like to see us sign a midfielder who doesn't mind getting stuck in, a ball winner. Someone like Lennon or ince used to be. I know we have no chance of attracting players as good as they were but someone similar.

Theres a guy who plays for Rochdale who fits that bill,can't remember his name though

Granted Fryatt has scored more than last season but i gotta agree i've never been his biggest fan. I dont think he has the mindset to want to improve or succeed with this club.

I've only seen him have 1 decent game against derby a few years back when he and hume ran rings round derby and darren moore in particular and still only managed a 2-2 draw. said it all really about our front two then!

I'd buy another proven goalscorer from this league and bring on fryatt as an impact player maybe. I like the look of Mckail-Smith at posh and with ferguson maybe going QPR, it might be the right time to have a go at gettin him in, in Jan

A Cup game I seem to remember as I was in the West Stand, the only times I've been in there.

I'd usually cheer any of our goals, even if it came off the refs backside, and they are always shite. :icon_bigg
