Really. Two completely different situations were inexplicably compared to each other for no reason, and no argument ensued. Worst domestic ever.

Quite right - me sons a numpty - but what would you expect from somebody who has just become a teenager lol

Stringer is hinting on Twitter that this could be tied up in the next 48 hrs.
that'll be the end of howard then. A Roberts and Waghorn front two is quite appealing. For all that Howard does well, he is not really mobile enough to pose a consistent threat.

Roberts would be ok till january
I think he would be excellent for the remainder of the season. In his last season in the championship he scored 21 goals. He not only provides an aerial threat but he can also run the channels. The perfect foil for matty or martyn.

Would think Howard would be used as an impact sub if we got Roberts.

Roberts and Fryatt could be a very effective pairing. It would be a shame if there's some kind of obligation that Waghorn has to start just because he cost a lot of money.

If he does not start then we should not have spent as much on him. :money: :102:

He posed more of a threat yesterday than Waghorn, who was absolutely woeful in every way

I believe that given time to work together Fryatt and Waghorn would be a superb partnership in this league. Given our present squad I would always play Fryatt as Howard, Waghorn and Roberts (if he comes) are too similar.

And come on to score a header in the last minute against Leeds

That goal was utterly amazing. Not amazing in the sense that it was particularly a wondergoal, but the feeling that erupted throughout the stadium was easily the best Leicester moment i have experienced- having only been around for about 2 and a half years.

Hmm, actually Cardiff was pretty intense. Still

I struggle to see how. Waghorn was poor yesterday but what did Howard do? He didn't even win the aerial battle yesterday. Plus I remember Waghorn forcing the keeper into a decent save from a header, and the same can't be said for Howard

Both were poor though, don't get me wrong

Of course they are, apart from 5 inches in height, 19lbs in weight and 14 years in age. They are virtually identical! If wasn't for the numbers, I could not tell them apart!

Roberts will be here tomorrow in time to play the dirty Leeds on Tuesday, and Howard will at some point go to Huddersfield.
