A set of accounts are a bit late to do anything. Good thing we get a monthly financial report along with all shareholders.

As the Foxes Trust now have a representative on the Audit Committee & our Observer attends LCFC Board Meetings, we have far more information than an annual set of accounts (although we do review them as well).

The other information you posted, we are already well aware of, you missed the fact that he works in Australia, so the vast majority of his input is done via phone & electronic means.

And as a share holder in FT do I get to see these monthly financial reports together with the minutes of the Audit committee meetings. I know full well he lives in Australia and it really pisses me off that he can be allowed to direct affairs of the club without being here.

I suggest you start representing the fans rather than the interests of a remote director. You are after all the fans trust not the boards trust.

Your actions (or lack of) in the recent events are not what we expect from our representatives. All too easily you take for fact what you are told by those who wish to cover it up instead of listening to the fans, some of whom seem to have more reliable information.

Sorry we are not allowed to circulate the monthly statements we get.

We agree with your point on the location front. Board meetings often seemed to be arranged around him, to such an extent that one was moved to London at short notice & our Observer was then unable to attend.

We try to act in the best interests of all concerned. As a shareholder we have a responsibility to the club as well as the fan base. We do put fans views over consistently and are not happy with the current situation based on the information we have to date, although we expect more to emerge.

What are you expecting us to do?

We are still gathering information on a daily basis and plan to sit down with the club so they can explain their plans as soon as they are willing.

If we had worked off message boards in the past & the rumours that appear we would have been treated with no respect at all by the club, as the vast majority is unfounded. Therefore we proceeded with caution on this occasion, although noting the sources we were more concerned. In this case however we are not happy about the initial response we got from the club.

Bearing in mind the timescales since the 'rumour' was published and the subsequent weeks of spin and counter claim from the club, when do you think the club will show you the courtesy to sit down, discuss and explain it's actions over the last few weeks. I fear you will never be in possession of all the facts as it would no doubt have serious reprecussions for several senior members of the clubs admin, it is all about self preservation.

Currently a timescale of a couple of weeks has been indicated, but we have requested sooner
