harry said:We know who appointed her, the decision was made by the entire board based on the recommendations of the team that carried out the interviews, the interview team certainly included Tim Davies & Greg Clarke, we also believe Jim MaCahill & Martin Glenn may have taken part.
We have contacts at various levels within the club, so have heard about recent events from several sources now, but have been asked not to release details & we have to abide by that request otherwise those who have talked to us wouldn't be so open.
Since TNBD is also a Greg Clarke appointee and Jim and Martin just do as they are told it all boils down to Greg Clarke as the power behind the throne.
He is one of the biggest share holders with some 413,000 and also chairs the remuneration and audit committees. So it seems he has a lot of control over the club finances.
Considering he is a survivour from the previous board and partly responsible as a member of that board for us going into administartion hes not doing too badly.
I would suggest that the FT buy a set of accounts each year it tells a lot more than you would think and raises some interesting questions.

bocadillo said:"Those who are providing misinformation"? That term seems to apply well to Tim Davies and the Foxes Trust, who when this story broke repeatedly said that nothing was going on.
By what criteria are you going to judge "bits that don't fit"? Are you going to place your trust in those who at first tried to cover up the whole affair?
bocadillo said:Please clarify which "original post" you are referring to. Neither the original post in this thread, nor the original post in the "What's going on thread" (which started the ball rolling in this forum) contains any mention of redundancy notices.
