OK I'm going to show my ignorance, who the hell is John Paintsil, a right back according to this thread, how old is he and who does he currently play for?

He's current unattached, but played for Fulham for the last 3 years, including playing in the team who finished 7th in the Prem and the team who reached the Europa League final. He's quite a well known player in England because of the "lap of honour" he did after every Fulham home game.
