Three? They are ****ing useless

“You don’t know what you’re doing” sing the crowd

And now a red card. Lovely

There’s something deeply amusing about a bunch of West Midlands based men in England shirts watching them get absolutely battered by Hungary.

It's all rather amusing, that sending off is a farce though - not that it makes a jot of difference

I bet all the Jonathan Wilson podcast types will have something smart to say about that 50’s Hungary team.

Could he be gone soon? This is outstandingly bad.
No chance of a change before the World Cup with it being so close surely. This is the first time a number of results have gone against him though, so it will be interesting to see how he responds. If he doesn't it'll be a short stay in the desert, and he'll leave after that

Crowd doing Oles for the Hungarians..

Worth sticking with just to hear the boos at the end

Love that stat - worst home defeat since 1928
They've said on the commentary that it's the worst since a 5-1 defeat to Scotland. But sure it's worse to lose 4-0 than 5-1, just as it's better to win 5-1 than 4-0. How far further back should they be going?

The “Wembley Wizards” victory of 1928 has kept the Jocks going through 90+ years of despair. This stellar performance ought to set the Magyars up for a superb World Cup … shame they failed to qualify.

There’s a 6-1 in 1881. Also Scotland.
