STEVIE WALSH!!!

Nah not really. But just been listening on Radio Leicester and someone (cant remember who) said "Would Steve Walsh have done any worse than Ollie?". Thinking about it, I don't reckon he would have.

Conjecture is a wonderful thing.....

It's hard to know how one could do worse than get City relegated!

i voted other, if were gonna take a gamble on either an unproven or young up and coming manager then my vote goes to paul tisdale from exeter city, he has done a great job in bringing them back into the football league and has a strict hard line approach, which is what we need. he,s unproven at league level but if were gonna take a gamble then why not him.

He has done quite a good job at Wycombe and thats it. How is Penney on a downward spiral? Because he dropped down divisions when he left Doncaster due to taking them as far as he could?

He's dropped down and despite a decent amount of money to spend he's failed to take Darlington up,we might get him though because I wouldn't be surprised to see Darlington get rid of him.Is he your Dad ?

How can you do worse than failure ?

But he might bring Tommy Wright with him......:icon_wink

Then we can revive the 'Ho Tommy Wright' thread again!

I voted for Billy Davies because I think he is the proven article. Somebody convince me that this Penney chap is worth a go because I am sure that Davies can afford to wait for a better offer.

Voted Ince, but I'm not sure if he'd come here. More pressure here, he has a good thing going with MK

Davies might want a bigger job, but in fairness nobody else has seemed interested in him since he left Derby.

I wouldn't be too unhappy with anyone on that list though (except maybe Lambert*), which probably means we'll get none of them. Throw Darren Ferguson and Steve Clarke in there too.

*Lambert, not only because I think he is yet to achieve anything, but I don't like his attitude either.

Has Elvis had his ankle treated with Alex's magic sponge?
