Denying a goal or an obvious goalscoring opportunity by physical means or by handling the ball - one match

Offensive or insulting or abusive language/gestures - two matches

Violent Conduct, Serious Foul Play or spitting at an opponent or any other person - three matches.

All suspensions for sendings-off begin immediately.

Same here 3 years ago, but on appeal I got it reduced to 3 weeks and no fine. Lucky really as we had a Cup Final in the 4th week.

The bans being in weeks rather than matches I always though was harsh

Just cancelled my LCFC world subscription, due to it being shit.

I know a bloke who got suspended sine die for playing under a different name. It was OK though - he just continued playing under another different name.

Personally I like being able to watch goals from games I can't get to - but whether it's worth the fee is another matter altogether. It's the way football's heading though, one day you'll pay a fee and watch all City matches wherever you may be.
