Only because we let it not affect the final result. It was 1-1 at the time. Decisions will go for us as much as they go against us over a season.

I get so fed up with hearing that bollux. What happens when the ones that go against us we end up losing 1-0 because of it, and when things swing our way the error does not make much difference to the game......

No

No - but there is the precedent of the Arsenal v Sheffield United cup-tie being replayed - and that was when a referee made a correct decision according to the rules of the game, but it was thought to have been contrary to the spirit of the game. The difference then of course was that the replay was the idea of the team that gained advantage from the 'error' and that went on to win the match. Do you see that happening very often?

lets not use the ref again as an excuse for the fact that we are shite...the table doesnt lie is this the 3rd or 4th season we have sit nicely down at the bottom

I agree. The referee gave us a goal against West Brom and we still lost. Over a season referee mistakes even themselves out, quality gets promotion and rubbish is relegated.

I agree. The referee gave us a goal against West Brom and we still lost. Over a season referee mistakes even themselves out, quality gets promotion and rubbish is relegated.

I am not one for bleating about refereeing decisons, I generally think that these things equal themselves out over the season.

But, we do seem to be on the wrong end of dubious decisions at the moment, which are costing us points.

More likely to get a fine and the manager a touchline ban for complaining.
