Vardy has not been beaten up.... he stated on facebook "i dont get beaten up"

Well, just for having that mohican............

It wasn't until I saw the highlights on TV that I realised Kasper had one too!

I genuinely know the person with a shocked face in the picture, I asked him what happened, this is what he said. "im not on twitter but my photo is haha. so i leave republic and see knockaert outside arguing with a bouncer. we sing the knockaert song and get a photo with him. i then get a few more snaps of him on my phone and he slaps the phone out of my hand. suddenly the police put against the wall arrest him and put him in the back of a police van. we start waving and chanting 'dont arrest knockaert'. hilarious. vardy and schlupp were out but i didnt see them, dont know if anything kicked off beforehand."

we start waving and chanting 'dont arrest knockaert'.

I don't know what happened and I don't condone any sort of antisocial behaviour, but..............

If that really was chanted to the tune of his 'song' then I'm sorry, but that must have been really funny to see!

Leicester City FC's Anthony Knockaert arrested

Leicester City footballer Anthony Knockaert has been arrested and bailed following a public order incident at the weekend.

The French winger was arrested at about 03:15 GMT on Sunday in Gravel Street, Leicester city centre.

Leicester City FC said it was investigating the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident.

Mr Knockaert moved to Leicester from French team Guingamp this season. He has since played 21 games.

He played 80 minutes on Saturday, when Leicester beat Derby County 4-1.

Leicestershire Police confirmed that a 21-year-old man was arrested at 03:15 GMT on Sunday and has since been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

A Leicester City FC spokesman said: "We are conducting a full inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident.

"As a result of the ongoing police process, we are unable to make any further comment at this time

If he was going to be offered the chance to pay an £80 fixed penalty, it would most likely to have been done at the time rather than bailing him. This will either be 'no further action or a court appearance

True, you get your little certificate thing presented to you with your shoelaces in the morning I believe and maybe a Pot Noodle if you are lucky.

£80 fine at most it is then - no further action will be taken imo, as from the most consistent reports (knocking phone from randoms hand) he ain't really done much.
