What happened before that? Did you think you were at a basketball match? A cookery display?

Well in that season I was 13 years old. All I mean is, it was only by about then that I began to understand football with the depth I do now.

Anyone who's watched football with a 5-year-old or a woman who likes living up to stereotypes knows it's perfectly possible to watch football without understanding it. EAF's belief that Naughton is one of the best City players he's ever seen is very sad from an LCFC perspective, but understandable given his limited scope. Similarly, anyone who started to pay attention during the Pleat years could be forgiven for thinking football was played with eight strikers.

Or a pie-obsessed, pissed-up local.

I absolutely agree. I've been watching Leicester matches since 1997, but the point I was making is that I was so young when people like Heskey, Savage, and Lennon were playing that I couldn't identify their ability in the same kind of way I could now.

I went to Barnsley last season with 11 people including my mum and sister and when Barnsley were on the attack or had a close shot she started clapping and say goo woo or said wow good shot :icon_lol: and my Dad has been many a time with my mum to Wembley and has a few stories to tell :icon_bigg

Now I know he can do that my camera will be properly ready next time he scores- instead of being on zoom(didn't get it back to normal in time to get a pic of him doing his flip)

I was sure the OS would've had a picture, but then I realised I should know better than to expect quality off the OS..

Does your Mam say 'goo woo' a lot then?

Best right back I have ever seen at Leicester, granted I may be young but he is pure class, 1.5 million would be a steal.

I had heard that Spurs wanted £7 million for him but that may have changed now the chairman has decided that the squad needs stripping back.

there were rumours they were prepared to let him go back in the summer. Even if they are prepared to let him go there will be other potentially interested parties but I'd rate our chances.

IMO he'd be a great buy and well worth 2-3 mill...
