I'm pretty sure MHS will be on late tonight, saying how good "Big Wok" was. £4.99 for an all you can eat (chinaese buffet), he loved it :icon_lol:

That place was ****ing legendary!!

(I'm still not used to your username, change it back to Jessel you wanker)

Agree 100% - The choice is out of this world. Drinks reasonable too (normally pricey in these eat all you can places)

My 4 plates of food and 6 slices of cake were sunk down beautifully with 4 pints of Carlsberg Export. Yum.

has anyone been to cini in enderby. if so is it any good? what's it like? i'm aware it's italian but what's the prices etc. cheers

last night in leicester before i go back to uni for another term so it has to be a curry tonight-trying out the new one here in glenfield called swatlands-apparently theres one in oadby aswell-will report back later chaps.

The one in oadby isn't too bad, had my works Christmas do there

Went to Little India in Arnesby last night. Top notch.

Just as good as, if not better than, our prvious favourite The Vojon.

Definitly planning to go there again in future. And they gave us a 'nice' callendar on ur way out.

10/10

I believe the people who run the little India have opened another restaurant, it's in a bit of a strange place though. It's stuck in the middle of an estate in Wigston, where the Meadow Bank pub use to be on the Meadows Estate.

I'm going at the weekend so I'll report back!!

Been tempted to have a wander over there myself - I shall look forward to reading your review.

It's popular I know that, I struggled to get an early table ringing a week and a half in advance!!!

Fun???
Is it one of those Wacky Wharehouse type of places then?
Bollocks to that it sounds crap, I won't bother.

I used to buy my Rizlas at Swatlands in Oadby when it was a traditional newsagents/sweet shop, back in the days when I was a naughty teenager. That place has been there for donkeys years. I had no idea they'd kept the name and even taken it with them to start a curry empire!

Ah, the good old days.... mind you, turning a newsagents into a curry house, in my opinion, shows signs of considerable progress.

A sign of The Times no doubt. It's okay, I'll let myself out ... :icon_wink
