It is clear that the only reason O'Neill and representatives of Everton were there is because of our Dicky Stearman.
Hands off!!!
Get a grip of yourself. Why would MON want to leave Villa to come back to Leicester, even with MM'sMs.
How about if MM had Ms of M&Ms to give away?

Martin may have been at the board meeting because he might have actually thrown a few quid in the pot when we were in need of help.
Another rumor is Randy Lerner wants to buy us and merge us with Villa. He wants to call the new merged club the Midlands Valley Royals.
He didn't attend a board meeting, he was with the suits after the game, which is normal for visiting members of other clubs.. He didn't put any money in. Anyway, welcome!Martin may have been at the board meeting because he might have actually thrown a few quid in the pot when we were in need of help.

From he rumour mill Martin George is part of the midlands consortium, may be utter tosh as he didn't dig deep during the administation.
I believe he is still part of the club? it has been his plaything for many years and may not want to loose it.
25mil is not a gamble when you look at all of the facilities, what will the acadamy squad be worth in years to come?
How do you know he didn't dig deep? I've seen things which put MG as the top shareholder at the club. Futhermore since Admin his family have (if i understand it correctly) sold off wheatabix making him an even more wealthy man.
therefore I would supect his fortune is similar to MM's. I would actually prefer MG to take over should this be the case.

He has 50,000 shares, that makes him one of the smallest shareholders in the club.
He also didn't have the money he has now, he didn't sell Weetabix until 2004/5, and was tempted to buy the club in the middle of the Birch/Neville sacking episode.
MG doesn't have enough financial clout to buy the club out. Do we really want a consortium buying us. I think that the current board don't want to relinquish any control and want someone to come in with a cash injection. IMO this is a very bad idea as the cash will not go very far and is unlikely to help us.
A full takeover by a man with a proven track record is the best solution. I don't really care if hes in it for the money.
