Why? We still have 2 left backs on the books - Sheehan and Mattock. Mebbe Allen is planning on using them.

but how much has sheehan played in the last 2-3 years. allen might play him but i think its unlikely seeing as he has hardly played under the past 3 managers

Agree - i think we might see Sheehan move on. Particularly as Maddock has overtaken him as the much better prospect.

Plus Hellings sounds more like a left back than anything else

My initial thoughts were Hellings at left back, i supppose he could play there if required but we need a dedicated first choice No 3.
