Schmeichel is going through something similar to what Hart has im my opinion. No one to push him, he gets too easily wound up and that mistake on Saturday was down to him wanting to involve himself when he didn’t need to, stupid for such an experienced player. Plus he ****ed off down the tunnel at HT in extra time to presumably punch a wall rather than listen to his manager (which to be fair wouldn’t be the best idea either).

I'm disappointed that we couldn't get throug., But for all their 'Big Club' superstars Chelsea have not been hugely superior to us in the league or the cup matches. Okay we lost at home, but a 0-0 draw at theirs when down to 10 men and we were outplaying them, last year drew with them in the league cup but lost in extra time , drew with them in FA Cup this time and only lost in extra time. We've been very close, but need something extra to get us over the line, (e.g a good save, a decent referee decision= Moses sent off, or shot to go in off the post, would have made all the difference)

Maybe he needed a piss?

I believe I saw somewhere that prior to Sunday Chelsea had lost their last five away matches. We’re nothing if not accommodating.

Stats can prove anything. Four of those games were against Barcelona, Man City, Man Utd and Arsenal.
