Totally. Just like the only way to stop crime is for those criminal chaps to just halt what they’re doing.
Do you know, I bet they know it’s wrong too. Cheeky blighters.
If managers punished their own players for diving it would stop immediately.

I believe their is a difference between criminality and cheating?

If the old fashioned motto of ‘cheats never prosper’ was applied then referees wouldn’t be in the no win position they currently find themselves.

yeah just like they will stop them appealing for a corner when they know it came off of them, same with a throw, or screaming for a player to be sent off for a tackle that's simply a foul, players dive because refs don't give fouls unless you go down and stay down, remember the Jay Rodrigues incident at Arsenal? when Refs start giving fouls without players having to go down players won't need to dive.

Next you'll be saying fans shouldn't shout for a penalty every time either as its putting pressure on the ref

Yeah, perfect, accept it and mould around it and continue to let the standards of the game decline.

Sorry, forgot to add that this is bollocks. Players dive because they get away with it and bacause their managers support it and make excuses for the hard done by darlings.

If managers showed some bollocks and standards then it would stop immediately. The referee is not the culprit.

Quote went a bit wrong, sorry probably Jeffs fault for not putting in enough measures to combat stupid ****ers.

I think that any of our opponents who dive should face a life ban. Any Leicester player who dives should be awarded a penalty and the opponent sent off and it should be seen as a slight redress for the countless injustices we have received over the years. Can't be fairer than that.

I would just like to mention that Shinji (batteries run down after 60 mins) Okazaki played 120+ minutes, and never stopped running or tracking back..

He may have needed oxygen and Red Bull to keep him going, but the guy is becoming a legend in my eyes, and Nacho should study his footage to learn the concept of 'putting in a shift'.

Good luck with that. It would have been simpler to send him back to Manchester on Tuesday night - but I'm not completely sure that a cheque for £50m would have followed. Biggest transfer folly in our catalogue of bad deals?
