Thats the main thing-not bothered if we win the league or not, as long as we finish in the top two. Good job we got the equaliser towards the end, though sounds like we should have taken more of our chances.

16 point lead over 3rd place now, good stuff

Shame we couldn't win, but at least Kingy saved the unbeaten run

Idiot Stringer keeps talking about how we have no more fit goalkeepers. Has he not heard of Conrad Logan?

He said fit goalkeepers, not fat goalkeepers.

What was Martin's injury anyway? Any indication as to how bad it was?
I thought Hendo was due back by now?

Difficult to tell from RL commentary if the Swindon goalie had an outstanding game or we are just not converting simple chances in front of goal.

His ribs according to NP.

I definitely look at it as a hard point won, yes we had the chances like last week, but Swindon worked for each other and won the midfield battle imo, making it hard work for the front two. Though Howard was fouled continuously and didn't get feck all from the ref.
Swindon keeper made one very good save from Fryatt, and we hit the woodwork twice when perhaps could've done better.

Don't know what Morrison got booked for in the aftermath where the lino flagged for whatever he saw when we put the ball in the back of the net.

More importantly is that the teams in the play-off zone didn't do any better than we did.

The fat twat sitting behind us spent most of the match slagging Mattock off.

:038::038::038: Really enjoyable game

And i think its a sign of a great team when you cant see to score to save your life (hit the woodwork 3 times, had the ball in the back of the net twice, both ruled out) and it just seems to be one of those games when nothing goes your way, yet you actually manage to keep trying and eventually pull something out of nowhere.

We might not have played that well, but Swindon were superb in defence and on the counter, and it brought back the spirit of "Foxes never quit" from the MON era

Further gap ahead of 3rd, 18 league games unbeaten. Im more than happy with that point

.

He handled the ball into the net.

Fair result in my opinion. Hit the woodwork 3 times sometimes we tried to be over elaborate in and around the box. Didn't really do enough to win it.

Their striker Simon Cox was very pacey, worth keeping an eye on.

I thought the support for the team today was absolutely terrible.

Why? - because were already promoted remember?

I don't like to 'call my own fans', but I'm sure it was a major factor in today's performance/result.

On a tactical level, I actually think it's because we have stopped scoring early at home.

Teams are now completely shutting us out for the first 20 - 25 minutes of games, then there's no goals, then there's frustrated Leicester fans.

Teams and managers also know the damning effect Leicester fans can have on their own team and hence provide an advantage for the opposition.

Our support has just got to be better than that.

A word of praise for Pentney. I had taken it her was 4th in the pecking order behind Martin, Henderson and Logan and feared the worst when Martin was substituted. However, I thought he played well. Pentney will probably be the only person in the ground with fond memories of the match.

Which game did you go to then?

The one that was tense, had a great defensive and counter attacking play by Swindon, had 2 or 3 fantastic saves by our goalkeepers, had hit the woodwork 3 times and had 2 goals ruled out. And the best part was the goal was a complete surprise, i thought we would never score, it was just one of those games, those goals always put the biggest smile on my face.

In truth, it coulve been about 4-4
