The dangers of buying based on the Barcelona wrapper a player comes with rather than the qualities of the player.

****ing Filbert or Cousin Dennis

He’s complete ****ing pony
And that’s the point. In reality, Albrighton is the only replacement. He doesnt offer much more. When the back 5 are fit perhaps Ricardo could be pushed up but until then or until we buy a new winger, it’s Perez.

Hopefully Castsgne isn't far from being fit and then we can push Ricky further up to replace Perez. Until then I'd rather start Albrighton on the right.

Having started well I had high hopes. However second half we seemed to creak. No one seemed immune from delivering the awful pass. If Kasper feels the need to kick I'd rather he put his boot through it, instead of a sand wedge.
We are only a few days into the new season but I'm unsure how I'm meant to react to tackles any more. It seems we've travelled back 10 years. I'm enjoying the combative tackles, but the holding /shirt pulling I'd rather see condemned to yesteryear. A hockey green triangle would spice things up nicely.

We’re 8th in the table. Even a couple of years ago we’d have said sure cancel the league now we’ll take eigthth.
No jokes about that today. Unreal club.

Well, I loved it. So, so good to be back. As always, Perez wasn't nearly as bad as some folk are suggesting. He won the ball back lots of times and was far better on it than Barnes who was really not at the races at all.

Soumare looked so clumsy but time will tell on him. Amartey however.... ****ing hell what a bombscare. I also don't agree at all with the praise of Iheanacho. He was lazy, his movement was terrible and at one point you could see Vardy's complete frustration when he tried to play him through and Nacho didn't have a Scooby what the **** was going on around him.

Ricardo, Ndidi, Soyuncu, all superb but Vardy was different level. Of course, he's not integral though...... **** sake.

Nacho was decent, if unspectacular. There was a specific moment down the left hand side where he did some excellent work to relieve pressure right as we looked absolutely bereft. I think he did his job fine.

Soumare, I think, just looks like he needs to get used to the pace of it all. It will take him some time, I’m pretty sure he’s a bloody good footballer though.

Big Dan definitely had a rough day with the ball at his feet. Made some decent blocks at times, but usually because he’d put us in the shit. Vestegaard to start now I reckon.

A bit of dyscalculia on MOTD with the figure of 13k being shown for the attendance; I'm sure there were are a few more than that present. But at least it was clear to see that Jamie headed it in with his left foot.

I've just watched the game back and all you can hear are the Wolves fans. Which is odd because I couldn't hear a word from them in the South Stand.

On the live feed you'd not know they were there. Thank ****, brummie ****s.

Well I heard them singing ‘Is this a library?’ throughout the entire match, as well as lots of other yamyam singing from start to finish.

Which is an awful lot more than anything from the home support

2 seasons back they returned a shit load of tickets. Glad i wasn't there if there was lots of brummy singing going on.

I was expecting the atmosphere to be bouncing. 18 months since a league match at the KP…just won the Community Shield.

It was piss poor.
