Last night completed our first round of fixtures, and also all the matches between the big six and us. I really think that the winners/top four could be determined by how well these teams do against each other over the second half of the season.
City still have four of the six to play at home. We have Liverpool and Arsenal at home in February. Man City at home in April, and our last three matches in May are Man Utd(A), Chelsea(A) and Spurs(H)!
Record so far (with our result in brackets):
Liverpool W4 D2 L0 F11 A3 P14 (0-3)
Leicester W4 D1 L1 F12 A7 P13
Spurs W3 D1 L2 F11 A5 P10 (2-0)
Man City W2 D2 L2 F7 A9 P8 (5-2)
Arsenal W2 D0 L4 F5 A8 P6 (1-0)
Man Utd W0 D4 L2 F3 A9 P4 (2-2)
Chelsea W0 D2 L4 F2 A10 P2 (2-0)
Although Southampton, Everton, West Ham and Villa are having very good seasons, I can't see any of them sustaining the pace through the season.
