Schoolboy play from Mee though. Just stuck his leg out and it was almost begging for someone to 'fall' over it.

I actually thought the ref was going to book the shortarse for diving til he looked over to the lino, who seemed to take an age to flag it as a spotkick.

I don't condone players kicking opponents into the stands, but someone should've done with him in the first half imo.

I don't want to see the penalty incident again, but it would be nice to see if the lino who was twice the distance away than the ref got it right...

I thought the little twat dived, but then I admit to being biased!

It was pretty much right in front of me and I thought it was a penalty. But what the feck do I know?

I'm afraid Bocadillo is right in his point in the match thread...Sven meddled with a successful and settled side.

He's did a fantastic job to get us flying up the league but he got too clever and made some wrong calls.

People are not going to want to hear this, but I don't expect him to be around for next season. He's done enough to remind people that he's good and he will be back in the Premier League.

I agree.

I'm still disappointed in our fans though who boo our players during the game and shout for Weale. Yes I think it too... but surely it can't help the players on the pitch during the game.

I haven't seen so many leave before the end of a game for a long time. There were probably more Norwich than Leicester fans at the final whistle. :icon_cry:

Our fans are a disgrace - if I here another person blame Ricardo for tonight I will kick them in the face. I'm not sure what he actually did wrong. Our back four were horrendous, Bamba for their third goal was abysmal - but his name fits nicely into a song so he's a "legend". Waghorn is also a "ledge" because coming on and committing 753 fouls is just what we needed.

Completely agree.

(I'm not one to criticise Stringer usually - not that I think he's great, but it's local radio - but he's always been a big fan of the fairly average Weale and that was clearly creeping into his interview with Sven post-match where he was bashing Ricardo and using the chants from the crowd as proof that Ricardo should be dropped.)

Thought the pen was a dive at the game, just seen it on SSN and I still think he went down easily but as Sven said 'the leg was there'.

Norwich played well. But we helped them by being shockingly bad. I think I'd probably pick out the same players for ridicule and praise as everyone else has. Sven...well, I'm still to be impressed. Being better than Sousa is fairly faint praise.

No one has mentioned how bad the ref was tonight! Every little thing went their way!

I'm glad I'm not the only one disgusted by our fans today. Ricardo barely put a foot wrong all night but still gets booed. I applauded an old chap who spoke out against the mongies in SK2.

There was also a boo-boy near us who wanted to go very early but his less thuggish mate refused to get up to let him go. Good on him.

People say Yakubu isn't bothered but he was one of the only players trying to motivate everyone else. He also worked very hard thanks to the very odd formation that we're playing.

I don't remember a diamond formation ever working, for anyone, and Sven seems to have instructed the front two to play as wingers when we don't have the ball, making it even harder for them. The whole shape makes the midfield work twice as hard as they normally would, especially the 'wide' two in the diamond.

Abe was our best player by a long way. You know it's a bad one when he has a lot to do.
