My take on the game yesterday.

First half cancelled each other out. The game would be decided by whichever manager blinked first. Davies changed things and it backfired. Pearson held firm and won the day.

I loathed the delaying tactics from Notts. Camp collapsing in the first minute from a nothing challenge, Blackstock throwing himself to the ground at every opportunity because he knew he hadn't the strength to compete. Davies whining and complaining constantly for no reason and, in doing so, encouraging the same behaviour from his players. The Notts captain may as well have just followed the ref round for the amount of time he was stood next to him whinging. Not to mention the appalling diving.

Notts have two very good central defenders. Their number 5 was the best player on the pitch. Apart from that, they are shit.

For us, we were solid but nobody really played well until the last 20 minutes. Hobbs shone for a couple of last ditch challenges but his distribution was as bad as Brown's.

Like I said, all a matter of opinions and personally I think you're totally off the mark.

They had to approach the referee to try and appeal to his sense of fair play as he was only seeing one team and it wasn't Forest.

What the **** does it matter how the game is played. 3 goals stuck into your net means we beat you 3-0 you dim witted twat.

I work in Nottingham and am I going to have a field day gloating to all wankers I have to work with. To top it off this isn't even our biggest game of the season by far.

Completely agreed. Neither team looked like scoring from open play for the first 60mins, and whichever team did first was surely going to win the match. It was us. :icon_bigg

Anyway - congrats on the win even though you barely deserved it, poor first 20 mins from both side with us in control up to when the ref refused the handball and then it just went downhill.

How the fcuk your centrebacks got away with assaulting Blackstock nigh on every time was criminal but when the ref lets you get away with it then I suppose it's a signal to carry on.

Oh, and if that is your usual brand of ugly anti-football then glad I was only a visitor.

If you are going to post on "rival" forums, unfortunatly you need to be able to give as well as take when it does not go your way.

To a man City fans held their hands up and said we were beaten by the better team on the day back in December, and if you had beaten us at the Walkers 3-0 we would have said exactly the same again. You have a good team with a decent chance of automatic promotion.

We also have a decent team and a good chance of promotion, and on the day gave you a bit of a beating.

If you cant be gracious enough to take defeat like a man then i suggest posting on "rival" forums is something you will get very little joy out of.

Im sure 99% of Forest fans reading this would be embarressed by your behaviour.
