I rather enjoyed that, although at half time I certainly wouldn't have predicted the correct full time score.
There really was a carnival atmosphere at the end with the mexican waves and cheering every time we kicked the ball. Mind you Pearson was in a real strop 2 minutes from time, he threw his water bottle down and stomped back to the bench. I've no idea who upset him.
Waggy ran his socks off, but I was a bit fed up that he didn't score - nothing to do with the bet I had on him of course:icon_wink

The Forest fans "replying" to Jobber's drum did make me smile.

Gallagher did when he took a free kick and launch it across field and straight out of play. Pearson was raging for several minutes and Gallagher was looking pretty sheepish. Oakley was trying to calm Pearson down but was having none of it.
There was a free kick in an identical spot a few minutes later that PG didn't seem to want to take, Pearson pointed at him and made him do it.

Why would you mention that the ref was poor to the point of absurdity if you didn't think it was so true
Anyway - congrats on the win even though you barely deserved it, poor first 20 mins from both side with us in control up to when the ref refused the handball and then it just went downhill.
How the fcuk your centrebacks got away with assaulting Blackstock nigh on every time was criminal but when the ref lets you get away with it then I suppose it's a signal to carry on.
Oh, and if that is your usual brand of ugly anti-football then glad I was only a visitor.

I saw that with the earlier free kick. I was interested (pleased) to see that despite it seeming unlikely that we would lose at that stage, and with the rest of the ground celebrating, Pearson wasn't going to let up even slightly.

Why be humble when nothing to be humble about. You won 3-0 on the day so that simple fact makes you the better team on paper. Reminds me of a game 3 or 4 years ago when we beat Doncaster at home 4-0 biggest robbery ever, they played us off the park.
Not so evident yesterday but if you honestly think that you totally rolled us over and deserved the 3-0 win then fine. Won't alter anything in my life.
