Could be absolute bull but Kieran maguire the football finance guy reckons we should be getting a deduction tomorrow for breaching psr however he has just said after speaking to senior people at the club most are are not worried . He reckons we either found another loophole (premier league club has to have premier leaue limit not a championship one) or we have done a Chelsea and flogged something back to ourselves. PL will try to impose a points deduction as they won't want to admit they are wrong, plus Forest and Everton could potentially use our verdict, when we win on appeal, and use that to sue the PL for impose improper sanctions.

We'll get the points back on appeal as the PL cannot write their rules correctly.

I am pretty sure it would be tax deductible and a non-penalty allowable charge. If he beats this charge back as well, he should be given his own hospitality box.

My gut feel is, yes, legal costs would be deductible / allowable. Kinda unjust to hamper someone's ability to defend themselves. We do that to ourselves on the pitch.
