Just had a phone call from Lance Tomlin from the above who I'd previously had dealings with about 10 years ago. He sounded a little, err, confused. Is the LCISA basically a one man band organisation? Has anyone had any dealings with Lance and how have you found him?

Looking for their website and the domain name listed on LCFC.com for lance's email address (lcisa.com) is registered to someone in the US, and a url that used to be for their website now goes to a Canadian football team.

The site is still there although doesn't look like it's been updated for some time, but you're right the index page does lead to an U13's football team site.
