so did anyone from last night earn a place in your starting line up for Saturday?

Personally I'd like to see this team
Schmeichel

Simpson Dragovic Maguire Chilwell

Mahrez Iborra NDidi Gray

Okazaki

Vardy

I don't think we'll see Iborra except possibly on the bench, or more likely the stand, he's clearly off pace. I think Shinji is a nailed on starter.

The sooner Gray gets a few starts the better. His proponents will then realise what little idea he has, start to wish he had ****ed off to Bournemouth or other point south in the summer and switch their allegiance to some other unlikely. Same goes for Chilwell, although I don't care whether he goes north or south.

The entire team is now a bunch of unlikleys.

Criminal would be not giving the lad a proper chance to confirm himself as such.

Iborra looked more than capable getting to grips with the pace. He needs games he will not get 'up to speed', sitting on the bench.

or we can keep doing what isn't working and keep playing the massively underperforming Marc Albrighton out of nothing but stubborn blind loyalty to a select few players

boc. I am amazed at your comments. What do you want from two very young players just learning their trade. Give them a chance.

Bit harsh on Morgan who has been excellent this season to drop him for someone who looked way out of his depth last night.

I don't think he's been excellent though apart from the United game where all we did was try and boot the ball clear

Do you think Dragovic was better than him last night?

Tbh, I think we'll see business as usual. That is, as City Fan calls it but with Mahrez for Gray. Rightly or wrongly.

Of course Gray won't actually start. He's not one of Shakey's mates.

Learning their trade? It seems to me that neither of them think they have anything else to learn. Their attitude seems to suggest that they know it all. Perhaps if they could shift that, their performances would prove me wrong. Until then, I'll continue to think they are of limited use.

Apart from last night, of course, when he was genuinely excellent

Partcularly as he was playing alongside someone who looked like a pub player, namely Dragovic

But yeah, let's drop the useless feck and pick the new bloke

He's also overrated toss with an inflated view of his own talent

Albrighton is so far ahead of him, it's painful
He wasn't overrated toss last night. But I agree about Albrighton being ahead of him - that's why I'd play them both.
