We don't have Sky - no dishes allowed in the Conservation Area. I could watch it at the pub but I would rather be there.

We live in a listed building in a Conservation Area. We would need listed building consent which would not be granted. We may have been able to get consent if we were able to mount the dish where it could not be seen from any road but with a dual aspect dwelling with faces to the south and west with the east side of the property attached, there is nowhere a dish would work.

Not that I'm bothered; Freeview has more channels than I need and the pub has Sky.

Yes, for my broadband - but over a BT line. There is no cable in the town.

What I like most about this was on Soccer Sat, Jeff Stelling said that someone from the club had called up Sky to suggest they covered our game.

Nice to see someone at our club taking a bit of initiative and hopefully making us a bit of cash too.:icon_bigg:icon_bigg

It was probably some City fan, possibly from this site, from the South of England who was going to find it difficult to get to the game so pretended they were from the club:icon_bigg

Loving the fact as we are one of few teams to have made an effort to get the game on we are on sky. I'm still in bed and still get to see City play, Sky may be evil but at times its ****ing brilliant
