Yep. I think this is a huge problem with transfer windows, honestly. Clubs sign players just in case their main star gets injured, which often never happens for more than a game or two at a time, and the new player stagnates because he's barely played any football and has no way of leaving to play until the next window. He leaves, another one comes in, cycle repeats. I'd be willing to bet transfer windows have ruined many careers exactly because of this.
